Rick is a 10 year industry veteran and co-founder of ZVN Properties, Inc., and Granite Creek Cabinetry LLC. Rick is actively involved in the future vision and oversees the financial health of the companies. Rick has participated and served on numerous boards and industry improvement projects. Rick is committed to the development of minority businesses, employment, vendor partnerships and remains active in the AAREA (Asian American Real Estate Association).

Bryan Lysikowski is an industry veteran bringing nearly two decades of experience in the Real Estate and Property Renovation industries. Bryan has succeeded in growing a small regional company into one of the nation's leading field service providers. Bryan's focus is to lead senior management into the ever evolving, Real Estate business with visionary ideas that change and adapts to the current trends. Bryan brings strategic guidance, provides project governance, and delivers feedback on all the business unit activities.


Dave is a 25 year industry veteran and is responsible for setting and delivering company revenue objectives and operation efficiency. Dave has dedicated his career to improving the processes that help shape the customer experience within the mortgage industry. Dave's insight and commitment has helped transform companies and continues to be recognized by associations and corporations throughout the industry.

Kyle is an 8 year industry veteran and currently manages the daily activities of the Pre and Post-Foreclosure departments, Vendor Management, Compliance and Property Management departments. Kyle's direct oversight aligns directly with continued territory expansion and future growth of the organization. Kyle is an advocate of certification in the Field Services industry.

Erika serves as AVP of Pre and Post foreclosure operations for ZVN Properties, Inc., founded in 2004. As one of the original members of the ZVN team, Erika has moved through the ranks from the ground up. Equipped with extensive knowledge obtained through years of hands-on experience, Erika drives ZVN’s operation staff to outstanding industry leading results in all aspects of default mortgage services. Considered a leader in the industry by her peers, Erika continues to share her enthusiasm and expertise in developing the next generation of passionate, talented professionals paving the way in asset management.

During the last 11 years, Brad has proven himself as a forward-thinking leader in hazard insurance claims, property catastrophe adjusting, and construction project management. Insurance and field service companies within the mortgage servicing space have relied on Brad’s unique skill set to implement and execute procedures and processes directly relating to the reduction of overhead cost and the increase in recoverable claim funds for damaged properties. Additionally, Brad’s senior management experience has played a key role at the ground level of many of the major catastrophic losses within the U.S.

Arek is 10 year industry veteran and is currently responsible for the daily activities of the Pre and Post-Foreclosure inspection department. Arek directs the recruiting, management, client relations, compliance and quality of national inspector network. Arek consistently strives to improve performance, quality and cost through the use of leading edge technology and recruiting partners that share his industry values.

Jeffrey McHenry joined ZVN Properties, Inc. in April 2012. He has over 26 years of experience in Mortgage Banking & Financial Services. In his role as Executive Vice President Jeffrey is responsible for overseeing the Strategic Solutions and Client Relations teams. He also works closely with Operations and Vendor Management teams to ensure client and business partner expectations are exceeded.

Chuck joined ZVN Properties, Inc. in 2008 and currently serves as AVP of Administration and Technology. Holding prior leaderships positions in the key areas of preservation and vendor relations Chuck has developed well rounded knowledge in all aspects of asset management. Now, working directly with each of the organizations corporate divisions, Chuck continues to utilize his knowledge to support ZVN’s growth by providing new streamlined solutions that continually improve the capacity and efficiency of the multiple business lines within the ZVN organization.

Mr. Yosten brings 20+ years of unique combined industry knowledge, Leadership and Operations Development to the table at ZVN Properties Inc. Like all of us here at ZVN Properties, Mr. Yosten has a relentless pursuit of personal client satisfaction, relationships for life and doing the right thing the first time.

Prior to ZVN Properties, Mr. Yosten was a successful Account Executive with a privately held multi-family construction firm. In addition, he was an AVP for a large property preservation company that operated nationally. He has worked in the hazard insurance industry ranging from a catastrophe adjuster to executive management and was an accomplished homebuilder in Austin Texas.

Ryan Rohrig is a graduate of John Carroll University, where he received his Bachelors of Accountancy as well as his Master's in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation with one of the five largest accounting firms in the world. He also spent several years in a senior tax position of a Fortune 500 company with its worldwide headquarters located in Cleveland, OH.
